Handmade Key-chain for Budak Sekolah!

Made these decoupage key-chains for my nice Najwa just recently. Saja suka-suka untuk project keusahawanan kat sekolah. She chose stationeries.  All sold out about 30 pieces of these ala RM1.50 sahaja. Other than handmade keychain she also sell handmade bookmarks and Plastic Files with Disney Character. Siap ada buku hutang untuk kengkawan yg nak buat bayaran ansuran hehe.

Adly also did the same project for 'entrepreneurship'. e make little lollipop candy bouquet. Habis terjual cikgu cikgi pun beli sama. Alhamdullillah!

Lily 4 year ol' burfday

Happy Burfday lily! Syukur alhamdullilah dah besar anak mama. You are such a feisty 4 year old darling. Hilang sudah all your 'baby chubbyness' !! You are now more 'girly girl' and 'songeh' pun boleh tahan jugak heheh.

We are not doing anything fancy to celebrate your birthday..just bawak pegi 'burfday brunch' kat luar together with Achu & Pakchu. Mula2 decided to go to Paparich then last minute decisions pegi Sakura Kristal, Jusco AU2 area. Tahun lepas request Cake Superman (heheh) and this year ...nak Cake Dora and any girlie stuff or Dora things for presents.

At the restaurant lepas makan...the staff helped us bring out the cake and siap nyanyi birthday song to Lily and you were so... 'shy-shy cat' laa pulak sampai takmo potong cake heheh. Achu & Pakchu bagi present Dora's Plush Toy that you like so much and was grinning from ear to ear sampai balik rumah, Mama bagi waterbottle & pencil case Dora utk pakai kat sekolah. Papa gave you 'zyngo game' so that you can share and play with your two big brothers and Adly & Dd gave you a sticker sheet gambo princess eventhough they got RM17.00 in their pockets hehehe.

Next day on Monday...lily bawak partypacks that contained Disney stickers sheets, cubic puzzle, chocolates, kids wrist cartoon straps and football club button badges to school and a short note from mama mintak tolong teacher distribute kat kawan2 sebab mama tak larat nak gi school (heheh).

Chocolate & Strawberry Pudding

ada satu hari tu..I prepared this pudding. It turns out nicely tapie...kurang manis laa pulak. Kena betulkan next time! Teringat masa first time buat agar-agar lebih kurang 4 tahun yang lepas heheh ada sorang adik..a staff, he's an Indonesian..Ariff namanyer dia ni memang suka makan pudding, jelly,agar-agar, dessert manis- manis. Kalau supplier hantar cupcakes or pudding caramel only dia & one of the boys chef lerr yg dok perabihkan jualnyer idok takut expired katanyer.  One day saya buat agar-agar..ohh colournyer so marvelous..sangat bijak pepandaii alter recipe cengkonon nak kasikk cepat keras. So naiivee..sampai jer agar2 tu kat Ariff terus dia ngapp katanya" Kakkk...ini kueee apa ini.?? lohh cantekk tapie kalau dibaling kat dinding pun tak pecahh!? hahaha OMG! Memang buat agar2 tu bukan untuk jualan yeaa..hanya untuk makan-makan dengan anak-anak buah nih. Haa kes trial and error..ohh! malu beb! after that incident kalau buat agar-agar Ariff pasti tekan2 just too make sure his teeth tak patah! kekeke.

the kiddoes received sweet surprises in the form of unexpected parcel from their cousins in states..gembiranya syukur alhamdullilah..sebab tak sangka their aunty sanggup hantar chocolate ..thank you so much and it did cost  a bomb sebab chocolate tuh berat..other stuff that the kids received were diary/planner for 2011 (*yg ini the girls snatched heheh) the boys buat tak tahu, MU shirt for Adly, cute rubberband to play with, cute sticker,rubic cube puzzled, some baby books for little myra and crayola crayons for Dd, delightful reese peanut butter chocolate yumm! and some DIY craft.  The kids were so excited and happy..tengkiu!!

Abang Adly's latest boredom buster project a tanker truck from 'Tonka Wood Model Kit" Hasbro Toys.

He had successfuly assemble ade few models before this tapie mama sangat laa malas to take any pix. So..he asked his sister to hold the most current objects that he had successfully assembled dengan jayanya so that he can take a picture of it (heheh).

another boredom buster project (heheh). Lily painted this wooden clothes peg and glued all the embellishments. Tadaaa! it's done.. then used the decoupage varnish to seal all the stickers properly to give it a smoother look.

Easy Weekend Projects! Decoupage!

My S.I.L in states sent me some cool unused wallpapers for my decoupage projects that I am so reluctant to use (hehehe) sayang nak guna dok simpan more than 2 months sebab ada wallpaper tuh tinggal the only one takde extra so sebab itulaah sayang nak guna.
Not until I saw this plain white wooden container cost around rm20.00 and decided to give it a 'facelift' while watchin telly. Tadaaa..I love how it turns out.. it really make my day! Thank you so much for sending me those papers. It was awesome!

A Cute Project for the Weekend!

It was a busy weekend, and yet somehow I managed to complete this DIY Miniature Jewelry Store in a frames .

It was so easy and fun to do! all you need to do..is to follow the instructions provided, have some patience and a good glue on hand. I hate using the glue provided in the box because it is so hard to get all the things to stick properly so..my advice would be.. to make things easier & faster do use a 'UHU' glue or 'gam gajah' heheh tapie..ada nampak kuning2 skett bila dah kering jadik kena hati2 skett jangan comot2.

Little Garden Overhaul!

This is arwah bapak's little garden. In relatively little time masa balik kampung for hari raya for about a week...this garden has overgrown and ada 'pest' buat rumah unofficially under the bark of the palm's tree. That little pest make its' home sweet home by gathering the soils and pebbles and formed somewhat that look like a little hill to me and siap ada 3 lubang entrance lagik. Mula-mula ingatkan the kiddos yg dok hilangkan batu2 putih yg telah disusun by arwah bapak rupanyer2 kerja some big rodents. Gila punyer besar. Kucing pun lalu jerr. Terkejut badak..besarnya cam badan kucing ekkkk...so geli..! Then we called DBKL to get rid of the pest. It took about more than 2 weeks baru depa mai bubuh racun. I dah resah giler. Punyer lama...I didn't do any gardening work sebab takut. Nak buang sampah pun boleh phobia. Dah jadik cam routine pulak tunggu lori sampah sebab nak buang sampah punyer pasal. In the end called Mr. Bong from Suria Garden...mintak tolong overhaul garden bapak so that we all senang nak maintain. Tergelakk si Bong...sebab..well..I'm not a green thumb person takat trim & siram2 kasi hidup tuu boleh laa..kalau nak buat re-arrangement or tanam pokok baru I am absolutely clueless.. I do appreciate plants and its beauty tapie kalau suruh nak semai kaa, nak anak kaa, nak tut kaa..I dunno (heheh). Tapie yg paling tak boleh lupa..masa hari overhaul hari tuh..punye ramailaaa..kengkawan bapak..makcik2 and pakcik2 in the car ataupun naik motor dok stop over and asked what's up! Yg lagie tak boleh lupa bila..Tok Ucop..bapak's good friend siap datang and hang around for 20 mins cam panic and asked whether I wanted to demolish garden arwah bapak kaa? Hehehe. Takdelaa begitu sekali..cuma kasi kemas and buang pokok2 yg dah layu & mati and I could see he was so relieved. Manataknyer kenangan manis sebab arwah pagi2 dah sibuk buat gardening kat depan rumah..and angkat tangan kat semua kengkawan dia yg pegi kerja, hantar anak, pegi pasar dan lain2 urusan even postman & gravedigger pun boleh bertanya khabar and sampaikan salam takziah when they got to know kembalinya arwah ke rahmatullah. Al-fatihah. I missed bapak & mom so much!!
