I was cravin' for McDonald's big breakfast meals the other day..the famous Egg McMuffin, hasbrowns and black coffee..then.. I stumbled upon mamafami's fotopages on this muffin bread recipe and I tried and walaa! the roti bun turned out sebijik like McMuffin. The semolina flour 'suji' gives it a rough and pleasant texture.
