First attempt of making my own homemade roti jala after bertahun2 beli kat kedai belakang rumah for open house, for birthdays, for makan2 till one day...papa tanyer...ini corong apa ni?? dok menyemak kat dlm drawer nih kekeke..nasib baik jadikk and nasib baikk ada non-stick pan legaaa...licinn! alhamdullilah!!
Ingredients:
1 kg tepung gandum
2 biji telur
sedikit serbuk kunyit (for colouring)
a dash of salt
air dlm 3 cawan
Method: Put everything in the blender...and blend it well...kalau still pekat tambah air. I guess rules of the thumb is kalau 2 cawan tepung...mesti guna 2 cawan air. To me...I hentam jer as long the batter can turun smoothly without stopping kat corong roti jala then it should be okay...Make sure when u do the lacing u got to do pusingan O jgn berhenti2 nanti jadi dripping cam dot dot..heheh good luck..I had fun..cam buat scribbling..boleh kurangkan stress LOL
