Mushroom Quiche for afternoon tea

Baked this quiche yesterday afternoon for my PIL yang turun KL. Sangat sedaapp kalau makan masa tengah suam2.  The quiche crust still need lots of practice and patience..sebab tepi2 dia cam ada crack skett bila bakar.  This is the 3rd time buat tapie..everytime buat the dough macam cam turned out differently selalu tak sama.  Maybe sebab gemuruh kot sebab buat for PIL naknyer biler my MIL diri kat sebelah nak nengok so terkujat skett kekeke...
