made these cute little dainties quite a long time ago..tapie takde mood nak upload sebab
takde photoshop so...all kerja digital scrapping tertangguh..tapie disebabkan malas nak simpan recipe hardcopy banyak2  I think  I will still get it posted for my future reference and also for my kiddoes reference kot2 besok tuaa dah tak ingat..takpun the kiddoes can bake and steam these apam for me hahah..

Vanilla & Chocolate Rice Muffins

VANILLA & CHOCOLATE RICE MUFFINS
Ingredients:
8 tbsp butter melted
4 cups flour
2 cups castor sugar
2 cups fresh milk (*i use ideal/evaporated milk)
4 tbs baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla essence
enough chocolate rice to sprinkle

Method:
1. Gaulkan kesemua bahan hingga sebati
2. Spoon the batter into muffin cups
3. Bakar for 30 mins/180c atau hingga masak
