Awe~dorable handmade items...

received these adorable handmade items from our niece in States for her recycling projects at school. I always treasure handmade and totally in awe of her creativity. She sent about 6 pairs of  'rwandan style paper beads' earrings  and I took 2 pairs the rest already grabbed by her girl cousin hehe and lovin' it..oh! and the fossilized coral brooch was from her granny or fondly known as nanny sherry..so sweet! Thank you so much!!

Frugal ideas

Found this brilliant ideas from cakejournal the other day..how to make your own cupcakes stand.  I like frugal ideas that cost pennies but looks like a million bucks. Make this for my little nephew aqeeb on his recent majlis aqiqah.  Thank you to cakejournal for this cute ideas.  Time nih..this cupcakes stand belum siap completely..belum wrap with the coordinated blue colours. It can holds about 30 cupcakes at one time.

Alpha Puzzle Projects!

Mostly done by Mama lerr because it was so tricky for tiny little hands. Lily was so excited to see all the cute animals.


When we first bought this alphabet puzzle..I was kinda skeptical because the box was not attractive at all. But I am so glad that I bought it because it was actually nicee!! hmm... now where shall I display this stuff??

Handmade Key-chain for Budak Sekolah!

Made these decoupage key-chains for my nice Najwa just recently. Saja suka-suka untuk project keusahawanan kat sekolah. She chose stationeries.  All sold out about 30 pieces of these ala RM1.50 sahaja. Other than handmade keychain she also sell handmade bookmarks and Plastic Files with Disney Character. Siap ada buku hutang untuk kengkawan yg nak buat bayaran ansuran hehe.

Adly also did the same project for 'entrepreneurship'. e make little lollipop candy bouquet. Habis terjual cikgu cikgi pun beli sama. Alhamdullillah!

Abang Adly's latest boredom buster project a tanker truck from 'Tonka Wood Model Kit" Hasbro Toys.

He had successfuly assemble ade few models before this tapie mama sangat laa malas to take any pix. So..he asked his sister to hold the most current objects that he had successfully assembled dengan jayanya so that he can take a picture of it (heheh).

another boredom buster project (heheh). Lily painted this wooden clothes peg and glued all the embellishments. Tadaaa! it's done.. then used the decoupage varnish to seal all the stickers properly to give it a smoother look.

Easy Weekend Projects! Decoupage!

My S.I.L in states sent me some cool unused wallpapers for my decoupage projects that I am so reluctant to use (hehehe) sayang nak guna dok simpan more than 2 months sebab ada wallpaper tuh tinggal the only one takde extra so sebab itulaah sayang nak guna.
Not until I saw this plain white wooden container cost around rm20.00 and decided to give it a 'facelift' while watchin telly. Tadaaa..I love how it turns out.. it really make my day! Thank you so much for sending me those papers. It was awesome!

A Cute Project for the Weekend!

It was a busy weekend, and yet somehow I managed to complete this DIY Miniature Jewelry Store in a frames .

It was so easy and fun to do! all you need to do..is to follow the instructions provided, have some patience and a good glue on hand. I hate using the glue provided in the box because it is so hard to get all the things to stick properly so..my advice would be.. to make things easier & faster do use a 'UHU' glue or 'gam gajah' heheh tapie..ada nampak kuning2 skett bila dah kering jadik kena hati2 skett jangan comot2.

The boys painted these mirror on one weekend. Masing2 ngan objects pilihan memasing.

Sorang mat dinosaurs sorang lagi mat transport.The Mirrors beli from IKEA sangat murah soo..sebab itu mama kasi paint haha.

Tortoise Home Makeover!

Finally all his tortoises settled down in this new spanking home makeover by Dd.


Brilliant jugak idea Abang Dd nih the once bare looking aquarium kini jadik little landscape by adding the playdough warna biru, hijau then he added some coloured marbles, some leaves, a dummy fish and yang paling best Postcard Putrajaya as a background hehehe.


Dd was so excited of his new pet tortoise and have it on a table sure..tortoise tuu kinda gayat sebab the background is a town of Putrajaya from birdview. Sayup jee rasa cool!


Then he added penutup pen sapa tah salvaged from lily's toys konon2 cam kayu balak tengah floating. Hmm baguih2 so far belum lagie dia suruh mama dia tolong cuci aquarium. Tapi dok rotate with Abang Adly. Legaaa....i'm not a pet-friendly person hahah.

Lovely Doll House Miniatures

Stumbled upon this Malaysian Crafter's blog masa baca blog one of the fellow bloggers & crafters ciyou. Just look at her masterpiece all miniature but almost like a real thing. It must cost a bomb because it requires quite an intricate details and eye of a perfectionist. This crafter is based in Johor Bahru. We made this cute ready to hang 'shadow-box' last weekend.
It was inspired by a short verse " I love school" by Philemon Sturges from Parents Magazine. We had fun choosing the colour and gluing the embellishments and we think that it is kind of sweet and cute!
