Company's Family Day 2011

Last saturday kompeni tempat papa kerja buat family day kat Sri Permaisuri Park.  The two boys pulak almost tak dapat pergi sebab demam hari sebelumnya.
Demam carik pasal sebab dua hari berturut-turut main bola dalam hujan.  Dd sampai kena  pergi 'neubilizer' kat clinic sebab kena asthmatic hingga muntah-muntah and sakit dada.  Pening and I was worried sick dibuatnya..sebab the two boys memang degil..bila pesan okay jer tapie..jap lagi..truss hilang..pegi padang.  Mula-mula dah decide tak pegi biar papa jer pegi sebab ada tugas tapie biler tahu ada coloring contest truss Dd boleh baik demam that nite.

 Pepagi lagi at 8.00 am dah ready nak ikut papa.  Adly nak masuk some of the games tapie had umur lebih...sumer games untuk kids under 12 years so dia tolong jaga his two adiks sebab mama & baby tak pegi.  Didi gigih 'mengaler' walaupun ada skett pening2.  It was a wonderful surprise sebab he emerged as the winner in the colouring contest. He won a trophy and RM100 Jusco Voucher plus goodies bag. 

The voucher was well spent on art items at Jusco..and he gave 10 bucks to Adly & Lily to buy whatever they want.

Adly bought a set of pen and Lily beli pencilbox.  Itupun member contemplating between toys and stationeries department after Adly bagi suggestions kat Dd. Dekat 1/2 jam finally Dd decided okay laa stationeries dept laa sebab kalau beli toys kang..terbeli toys remote control car for Abang! kang abang jer yg dok main..  Beli stationeries boley share2 sama-sama.  Good thinkin' Dd!

Awe~dorable handmade items...

received these adorable handmade items from our niece in States for her recycling projects at school. I always treasure handmade and totally in awe of her creativity. She sent about 6 pairs of  'rwandan style paper beads' earrings  and I took 2 pairs the rest already grabbed by her girl cousin hehe and lovin' it..oh! and the fossilized coral brooch was from her granny or fondly known as nanny sherry..so sweet! Thank you so much!!

Everybody's Fine on HBO!

Watched this movie on HBO the other day. I watched it twice and 2x keluar airmata!  Watched it not because  the stars were Drew Barry More & robert de niro.. but for the emotions that it carries..I have four kids, and sometimes (well, ok, maybe a lot of time) I can be critical, always tell them what to do. The oldest especially worries me; he got the most of my nagging, and the second one pun sama jugak he is always quiet in front of people and always drawing and playing.  Sometimes i am afraid he won't be able to be independent when he grows up. He won't appreciate what I push him to do or why did I push him to do it. This movie is really an eye-opener for me and ditambah plak lagii dengan soundtrack lagu from Paul McCartney entitled " I want to (come home) lagii laa buat saya sedeyy ! Just imagine bila sudaa tuaa..and hidup sorang..I was so moved bilaa..the dad asked his kids " Why didn't you tell me?" Why is it so easy to talk to your Mom?,"

 " You should have told me!"..and came the kids reply.."We are not sure whether you can handle it dad"! I'm Sorry! "You always seemed not happy..with us.." Wow..lagi banyak airmata saya turun..

School Holiday 2010

where else..balik kampung laa..the kids are excited kalau balik kampung sebab boley main pasir puas-puas sebab kampung Opah dekat dengan laut.  When we are back from KL after tido kat kampung for the weekend, the kiddoes were thrilled as well sebab their two girls cousins sleepover kat our house pulak.  In total 6 kids were at home and the girls senang sebab they helped out..set kan table and tolong jaga adik while mama  pegi masak or do some quick laundry. Then after that later in the afternon we had our own craft session..and looked what they had come out..sweet bookmarker n couple of nice keychains. As for the boys...as usual laa..concentration span sangat sekejap...they would prefer to have an outdoor activities..activity 'berpeluh' apa lagi..pegi main bola..outside..and tinggallah the girls at home..finishkan their little projects.  Its great to have them at home..dulu kecik2 sekarang dah besar panjang..oh my! how time flies...

Crayon Shin-chan (クレヨンしんちゃん, Kureyon Shinchan?) is a Japanese manga and anime series written by Yoshito Usui. The title is commonly translated as either "Crayon Shin Chan" or "Crayon Shin-Chan" and is sold worldwide. The series follows the antics of five-year-old Shinnosuke Nohara and his parents, neighbors, friends, dog and many others. The series is set in Kasukabe, Saitama Prefecture, Japan. It is called "Crayon Shin-chan" because "crayon" signifies the fact that Shin-chan goes to kindergarten, and that the unique coloration makes it appear as if the characters are drawn with crayons. "Shin-chan" is the affectionate name for the main character. Recently there was a special Shin-Chan team-up with the 2007 Kamen Rider show, Kamen Rider Den-O, which featured the Den-O cast animated.

The similarities between Dd and Crayon Shin-Chan are both are kindergarteners, Crayon is Dd's favourite tools for his drawings and he drives his mom up-the-wall with his antics.  The only difference..shin chan's mom kurang menjerit cuma nagging...whereas dd's mom..is always screaming & nagging that could be any kid worst nightmare heheh.

sweet december!

the kiddoes received sweet surprises in the form of unexpected parcel from their cousins in states..gembiranya syukur alhamdullilah..sebab tak sangka their aunty sanggup hantar chocolate ..thank you so much and it did cost  a bomb sebab chocolate tuh berat..other stuff that the kids received were diary/planner for 2011 (*yg ini the girls snatched heheh) the boys buat tak tahu, MU shirt for Adly, cute rubberband to play with, cute sticker,rubic cube puzzled, some baby books for little myra and crayola crayons for Dd, delightful reese peanut butter chocolate yumm! and some DIY craft.  The kids were so excited and happy..tengkiu!!

Abang Adly's latest boredom buster project a tanker truck from 'Tonka Wood Model Kit" Hasbro Toys.

He had successfuly assemble ade few models before this tapie mama sangat laa malas to take any pix. So..he asked his sister to hold the most current objects that he had successfully assembled dengan jayanya so that he can take a picture of it (heheh).
